Football

Yesterday we took our workers down to Club Indigo for the afternoon as a staff outing. We did this last year, so they had a better idea of what to expect. This year they brought a soccer ball with them and played football (did you know more people in the world call it football than soccer?) on the nice lawn. Chris was wondering why they wanted to do that rather than hang in the pool all day and I reminded him that most often the guys would have to play on a dirt field with small stick goals. This was a treat. I enjoyed watching for a bit and playing with my fancy pants lens.

About Leslie

I'm Leslie. Wife. Mother. Missionary. In the day to day my husband and I are responsible for running Clean Water for Haiti, a humanitarian mission that builds and distributes water filters to Haitian families. Living in Haiti full time provides lots of stories, and as I tell my husband, our grandkids probably won't believe most of them. Maybe writing them down will give me some credibility.
