The Lump

Okay, lump update.

It’s nothing major.

Phew.

Somehow, Alex managed to minorly tear a muscle in his neck. The lump is the result of the muscle balling and healing. It’s like scar tissue developing, same as you get on your ankle when you sprain it. He’ll always have some sort of lump there, but as he gets older it’ll be less noticeable as he grows up around it.

So, thank you for your prayers. We’re relieved and happy that it’s nothing major.

About Leslie

I'm Leslie. Wife. Mother. Missionary. In the day to day my husband and I are responsible for running Clean Water for Haiti, a humanitarian mission that builds and distributes water filters to Haitian families. Living in Haiti full time provides lots of stories, and as I tell my husband, our grandkids probably won't believe most of them. Maybe writing them down will give me some credibility.
