CWH on Crossroads “Give Life”

We’re SO excited!

As you know, two weeks ago we had the production/film crew from Crossroads here filming footage that they would use on this weeks Give Life telethon, as well as throughout 2014 when they do Relief and Development features.

Yesterday the segment featuring Clean Water for Haiti aired, and we’re so thrilled with how it turned out. Honestly – I had tears in my eyes watching it. Cheryl, Greg and the team did such a beautiful job filming and editing everything.

THIS. This is what we do. And THIS. This is why we’re here.

The community where most of the filming took place is Ti Dedune, a very rural area that is just down river from where the Cholera outbreak happened. The little lady at the end that says, “Mesi Crossroads” loves Chris and every time he goes out there she makes a point of coming to visit him :)

We hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch it. Other than getting on a plane to come see us, this is one of the best ways to see what we do and why it’s so important. You can click on the photo to watch:

About Leslie

I'm Leslie. Wife. Mother. Missionary. In the day to day my husband and I are responsible for running Clean Water for Haiti, a humanitarian mission that builds and distributes water filters to Haitian families. Living in Haiti full time provides lots of stories, and as I tell my husband, our grandkids probably won't believe most of them. Maybe writing them down will give me some credibility.
